Natural Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. In 1 lb., 2.5 lb. and 5.5 lb. pieces. Our bulk cheese is cut fresh just prior to shipment, saran wrapped and heat sealed. Weights are approximate.

You want to eat most young cheddars within two weeks of purchase.They’ll last longer than that but just won’t be as tasty. Aged Cheddar will last a few weeks longer and has earned the right to be left alone next to breads, pastas and robust soups. We leave the melty, ooey-gooey dishes to young cheddars.
