Gouda Cheese, Smoked Gouda, and Edam - Wisconsin Cheese

Edam Cheese and Gouda Cheese originated in Holland over 800 years ago and were named after the towns from which they originated. Wisconsin Gouda and Edam are recognized nationally for there flavor and texture.

• Gouda - Whole milk - rich, buttery, slightly sweet flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Mild - Red Rind.
• Smoked Gouda - Whole milk - rich, buttery, slightly sweet Smoked flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Mild -  Brown Rind.
• Edam - Part-skim milk - light, buttery, nutty flavor and smooth, firm texture.

Our bulk cheese is cut fresh just prior to shipment, saran wrapped and heat sealed. Weights are approximate.
