    I got hooked on this cheese several years ago when my father in law introduced it to me. I have had years 4 through 11, 11 is now 13 I guess. (Can't wait to try the 13 year) All are exceptional , the higher the year the sharper the taste. There is not one person that I have given this to that does not state " this is the best cheese I have ever tasted" - no lie! I live in Michigan and always have this cheese shipped for every special occasion.
    You will not be disappointed-HONEST!
